Presumably the electronic raster charts, available on some plotters and some tablet apps, would have retained that shoal data.

One thing I didn’t mention earlier: I use a Garmin GLO for gps linked by Bluetooth to the iPad.

Not sure in this case, but normally electronic raster charts are exact copies of the paper charts. Also, digitized vector charts normally reveal all the required details, incl. The “missing shallows” once you zoom in enough More complicated but user error nonetheless.
