JRC NCR300A user manual
Hy all, i have an navtex JRC NCR300A and i need the operation manual, i found nothing about it.

The problem is that my navtex when i turn on shows: "A message enabled" and do nothing, any button i press.

it's work just the on/off power, what i can do?
