LCD mount at NAV station

Any recommendations on mounting options for a 17" touchscreen LCD at the Nav station? It will be for a Vesa 100mm standard mount of about 15lbs to 18 lbs for the monitor. It is not a marine screen like from Raymarine, but a computer screen.

On land, I use a fully articulating mount. This could be an issue if the motion of the boat could launch the LCD into your head. If I mount it fixed, it would be fairly simple to choose. Tilt and swivel would be nice.

Most of your time is at anchor or in a slip, and being able to swing the monitor around to watch a video in the salon is important.

Any ideas on locking down an articulating arm for a voyage? Most of my sailing is in a bay which is calm for the boat. But there could be trips with some excitment. Of course, I could demount the monitor for a big trip, but the easier it is to secure the more likely that it is done.

I fixed my 19'' Samsung computer screen on normal arm of required length. It holds just fine even when heeling and big waves. I can't tell you the make or the model, but it was not expensive, about 50 EUR. Just check that the arm has screws to adjust the ease of movement at each joint.
