mast mount radar: screws? rivets? threaded rivets? duct tape?

I have a 24' aluminum mast on my 30' motor sailor. Heard conflicting reports on what the best method to mount the bracket for the radar dome. It's only 19" dome. One of thos blue tooth Furuno units. I plan to mount it about 10' up, not the top of the mast.
