Im going to register a boat under a polish flag.
Now the boat registered under israel.
I wonder if i can stay with the current israeli mmsi number and register my boat under a polish flag.
What is the meaning of that choice?

The meaning of that choice is that you would be operating the radio illegally. And if you have AIS, you would be broadcasting the fact that you are operating illegally to the world.

It depends on the brand and model. Typically, you contact a dealer and they can change it for you. Sometimes they give you a code to change it yourself.
