MMSI Reset - Cobra HH600

Hi


Does anyone have any information on how to rest the MMSI number on a Cobra HH600 handheld radio. I suspect that it needs to be a factory reset, but that there may be a simple cheat - yes I am too mean to pack it off to be done professionally!


Bought the radio for a previous boat and have recently acquired a new boat with an pre-existing MMSI, so the MMSI's don't match.

Yes I Did manage to get it sorted out.

Cost was £22.20 inc delivery - yes really!! I think only £10 was the cost of the reset, the remainder p&p etc.


Thought at the time that it was a mistake - just hope not.
