NMEA for Raymarine

As Raymarine state that their RS12 GPS receiver can transmit NMEA as well as Seatalk when wired to the plotter (not via the NMEA input point) does anyone know how to configure the coloured wires? The input cable has three wires, red, yellow and ground. I think yellow will go with the NMEA +, but what about the other wires from the receiver. Any ideas, anyone?
Thanks in advance,
