NMEA2000 Gateway with M5 Stack Atom

There are already a lot of projects out there to use an ESP32 for interfacing to our on board bus systems. Most of them still require to solder the hardware by your own and maybe also to use an arduino IDE to compile and install the software.
After finding a nice product from m5 stack that has an isolated can transceiver I started thinking about a solution for using this to convert NMEA2000 and NMEA0183 including wifi and USB connectivity - without the need for any hardware soldering or programming skills.
The result is available on GitHub.
More documentation also at Open Boat Projects.
Just get the device, download the flasher software and the binary and flash the device.
The software is prepared to run on a couple of different board set ups - and can easily be extended.
Beside the standalone gateway set up it can also be used as an NMEA2000 connector to a laptop or android device via USB.
