not able to control Icom 718 from airmail & P4 Dragon

I recently connected a P4 Dragon modem to an Icom 718 radio.
The cables from the modem to the PC (Airmail) and the IC718 works fine: radio transmit following airmail output.
BUT Airmail does not control the Icom radio frequencies changes ???? I checked the TRX cable from the P4Dragon to the CI-V input in the Icom 718 and it is ok.

I am not sure about the setting to choose in Airmail .. here are the 2 I used (as I remember it worked a long time ago between the Icom 718 and a PTC3 modem. But this time, no cigar.

I would check the baud rate on the radio. I think the 718 needs to be 19200kb..
