Doesn't seem to work as a link, you may ned to copy and paste into your browser. From there you select your product.

Edit 2 : tried it again, and it worked.

They recommend using a blank memory card less than 32 gb capacity. And say not to open a folder.

SIMRAD has put out a software update - 08 JAN 2019. Another boater has installed and says it solved the problem. I can't get to the boat for a few days to verify.

Installed update on 18 JAN on my NSS12 (older, pre-Evo model) and it worked fine. Back to normal ops.

Had this problems with my Garmin GPS chartplotter. Garmin sent me a fix. Loaded it into the unit and now its ok. Bob
