old raymarine e120 upgrade

Hi to all, i cannot find any info if i can i change from my old raymarine e 120 to a newer hybrid touch or newer system and still can use my old radar and fishfinder. The raymarime site is not very clear about this. any help apreciated

Call Raymarine at their Nashua, NH tech center and ask them yourself. That's what I do.

If you are talking about the Older E120 Classic screens theat run on the standard Seatalk bus, the answer is no you will not run an older analogue radar on a modern plotter. The fishfinder should be alright but you will need a converter to interface the bus to Seatalk ng or whatever protocol the new equipment uses.

The radome is the issue. You can get protocol converter boxes but the big issue is analog radome and in mast wiring.
