Posting a Picture with iPhone or iPad

Sorry if this is in the wrong Place but is it possible to post a picture in a thread with an iPhone or iPad. And if it is how can it be done.

If you are using the CF app for ipad when posting a message or reply hit "go advanced" there are three options there, one of which is to upload photo. Upon selecting that your ipad photo library is available.

I do not use the safari interface on the ipad so ot sure how that works.
