Here is a video of our Quantum 2. Very happy with it so far. Still learning about how to use radar properly, like the other night I stuggle with indvidual target detection on 30 moored boats at 1nm, but then was very clear at about 1/2nm range.

I am sure the screen resolution was capable of it....

At the end of the video do you have the radar overlaying your chart plotter? What do you have, I have an e series raymarine. Also have you tried the radar on an iPad? Not sure if you are even able to.

I use iNav and overlay ais on it.

Yes, from 1:37 that is the radar overlay. (The light pink stuff is the returns).

It also does AIS on both plotter and chart.

The chart plotter is a 9" Raymarine Axiom Pro.

And yes we have connected it to a Samsung Tablet and Samsung Phone with the raymarine "ray control" software.

I haven't been using the Doppler mode much yet.
