Raymarine AIS 650 Lights
No connectivity, and the unit flashes off, green; oscillating every ~1.5 seconds. The guide certainly does not tell me what that means…

According to the manual, 5 green flashes means its updating from the SD card. My guess is, its stuck in some wacko loop at startup. You might try talking to it with ProAIS (the software is available from Ray) and see if that gives more illumination.
