Raymarine st 60 wind speed above true wind

My st 60 is showing wind speed 8 knots over true wind speed as documented from neighboring boats. Wind direction is correct. I’ve gone through the calibration process, but even at the lowest setting (.60), unable to get accurate reading. Batteries haven’t been below 12.6 v.
