Anchor alert. Very Expensive for an App but some very nice features, like being able to switch it on after(!) the anchor has been set and everything cleaned up.
Just point into the direction and give it the amount of chain out.

This is PRO version with all needed features(switching on after setting anchor, gps/battery alarm, etc..). There is also Lite version with a bit less options, but still enough for normal usage.

Disclaimer: I'm the developer of this app, so I might be biased. The Lite version will also be updated this week and get same clean design as Pro one.

I would suggest testing few of them and decide for whichever you prefer.
