Sailmail - getting footers added

Does anyone know where the option to set the "none", "normal" and "short" footers is hiding in the program?

I cant for the life of me find and and not much in the manual about it.

I have got Position reporting enabled - but nothing is sent/appended to each message.

Re: Sailmail - getting footers added

I don't recal none, normal, and short, but there is an option to add footers to all messages in the position reports dialog. Setting it there was all I needed to do to make it work.

Re: Sailmail - getting footers added

If I remember correctly, the position reports window needed to be open or minimized in order for it to work. Closing it would disable the feature. But I don't remember exactly as it has been a while.

And of course, NMEA data needed to be connected.

Also also, (sorry, I keep remembering things). I think the footer is added when the message is actually sent. Editing your message or sitting in your outbox, you won't see it.
