Sailmail help needed

Despite my careful reading of the Sailmail Primer and attending the seminar that was held in Melbourne the day before the SSCA meeting, I am having trouble sending email via sailmail. If any of you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area, know how to do this, and would be willing to help me, I would be most grateful. Lunch is on me. Seriously, we will be here for at least another couple of weeks, and I would really appreciate the help via a step-by-step how-to.

You can reach me through a PM or by phone at 954-270-9230. Thanks.
