Sharing 3G Internet

We have 3 computers on board, 1 PC, 2 laptops. We often want to use the internet for browsing at the same time.

I got a D-Link DR-412 wireless router that you plug the USB 3G modem/dongle into. The computers then connect to it with wifi.

One problem: not all 3G dongles are compatible, so check the website. My CSL UT-1F wouldn't play, but my neighbour's BandLux did. We swapped modems and its fine. Only problem here in Borneo is that Celcom isn't always available, and if it is, it drops to GPRS speeds.

So far, haven't found a problem with speed dropping while both browsing.

I get Celcom 3G+ in Santubong, Borneo

Just left there last week, had good connection there. Not so good on the way to Miri. Had connection outside Mukah and Bintulu, nothing elsewhere.
