Skymate Still Alive ?

Is Skymate still alive? Their web site is dated 2006 but still appears to be active. The coverage map now shows service around east coast Australia and north to Papua New Guinea. Does naybody have experience with this service lately around these areas?

Yes, Skymate still works. Are you using this link for their web site?
SkyMate. Wherever you are. Whatever you need.

Used Skymate for a two year trip through Central America. Lots cheaper than outfitting wth SSB/Ham Pactor etc to get email. Easy to install and easy to use. Wish it was cheaper by the word and character, but it always worked and I cannot say that about Globalstar. Not sure why more people do not use this.
