ST6002 to EV1

Anyone connected these two with success? I am sure to think yes.
Installed new instruments including an Axiom Pro on my boat replacing a working ST50/St7000 set up.
I would like to use the AP ST6002 control as a repeater for AP control at the helm, what is the best way to connect?
I already have a converter set up to take my gps to an older version radar and keep that working.
A second option is easy to replace the 6002 with a new I70 but at £500 why not just add a smaller plotter for not much more?

Re: ST6002 to EV1

The only way would be with the raymarine seatalk to seatalkng converter. Which it sounds like you may already have. Just join the whole seatalk bus to ng bus. I have no idea if it will work. It might. The old seatalk plotters can control the new pilots through the converter.

I have that setup and it works fine. As the previous poster states you need to connect the new seattalk ng (which is basically a nmea2000 network) to the old seatalk with a sealkng to sea talk converter. It’s plug and play.
