Standard horizon GX2200 frozen screen

Went to turn on my radio this morning and the screen is frozen.

Tried to turn it off, but none of the buttons work (channels, power, home screen, etc), so I tried unplugging it, verified all cables, cursed a bit and now am searching for other ideas.

It's a year old, cables intact, proper hook ups...just refusing to work.

Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions?

Is it still under warranty? Would contact whomever you purchased the radio from or SH.
