I use a stereo portable radio which has shortwave bands. I plug this into a stereo amplifier / subwoofer system which they sell as an inexpensive computer sound system. It sounds terrific.

A good car stereo, alpine,pioneer etc. with waterproof speakers above and below decks and Sirius radio subscription... absolutely the best musical addition l have ever made...when rafted up at an anchorage every boat tunes in to the same frequency and everyone jams to the same tunes!
