Troubleshooting Smartcraft into Northstar 6001 Plotter

I can't seem to locate any kind of manual/tree on the web ....any ideas would be appreciated

but I am not getting the info I need.......

I may have to just unplug/disconnect all power to the engine kinda like when you unplug your computer....or I might swith PCMS to see if problem appears on the other engine.

The customer service is.....iffy.

Personally all these giz-bangs and whizmos are just there to keep people from using their orbs, schnozollas and hearing holes to monitor their engines....

It's like cameras in the engine room....If you can't see the engine either the lights are out or it is smoke
