VHF Marine Radio

I have probably an older VHF Radio. I'm not familiar with the DSC or whatever, but I don't think I have that.

Anyhow There are some channels like 21B, or weather on 80 something b. How do I get the B selection? It does not allow me just goes to 21. Or skips the 80 something channel that is supposed to have weather.

This is in relation to great lakes.

VHF 21B is the International (not USA) continuos marine weather broadcast channel.
You have to select "International" vs US.
