I will be sailing in Europe this September and
would like some recommendations for a good VPN.

Needed for both Ipad and Iphone

We use ExpressVPN. It was recommended by CNET and it has worked well for us in multiple countries. The CNET recommendation was a few years ago and it might be worth checking to see what they are currently thinking about VPNs.

I use Avast vpn for my iPads and pcs. Last I checked they were running a special. Something like $68.00 for a 2 yr subscription for up to 10 devices. Easy to install and use.

I use Private Internet Access (PIA) for my Windows Laptop and Android devices. I believe they have Apple and Unix support as well. PIA has servers everywhere in the world.

A word of caution. Some ISP's do not look kindly to VPNs. So make sure you understand that where you are going it might not be lawful to use a VPN.

JMHO
