water proof case for iPad gen 4 with Bad Elf GPS

Does anyone know if there is a Waterproof case for an iPad gen 4 with room in the case to add a plug in Bad Elf lighting GPS? If so, will the BAD ELF recive GPS signals? - Thanks

Before I switched to an integrated instrumentation system (I now feed nav/intrument data to iNavX via wifi), I just kept the GPS puck I was using below decks, in a saloon window. Kept it out of the way, and the iPad was still able to get the data via bluetooth. For the iPad itself, we've found that under our dodger there isn't really much need for a case, but initially we used a big ziplock bag type case for the iPads which worked quite well.
