I have to do my own work. Partly because I am a cheap bastard, and partly because I am of the opinion that if I can't fix it, it does not belong on my boat. Finally, every time I hire someone, the end result is like the photo that started this thread.

Inregards to the panel, personaly I blame the owner. Obviouse really. I mean, the guy that did the job, must have been so stupid, he must have had is pants on back to front along with other strange codes of dressing. If the owner didn't spot from a mile away, some dipstick so stupid to do a job like that, then the owner is just as much to blame. :-)

Seriously though, you guy's sure this isn't just a flip up panel that is in the down position????
