Zeus 3 - How Do I Keep Tracks Permanently On?

Hi

I have installed a B&G Zeus 3 and I can't figure out a way to get the tracks to stay permanently on as after every restart they stop recording and showing on the chart. On my old Garmin unit it recorded everywhere I had been and I want the record feature on as it's nice to see a permeant reminder of where I have been all over the world. If going a short distance I don't notice the track is off and then when I turn it on I have a line often through many places on land from where I last anchored etc

Should it do this? Anybody know how to fix it? I've searched the manual and online and all it says is to have tracks turned on in the settings (which i do) and then select in the waypoints - tracks section to show and also record by the track you want to. I do this but then, anchor, restart and the tracks are all turned off again. Anybody have any ideas or is it meant to be like this?

Reviving this thread… I want the answer for this. I can’t even find where I can create new tracks. Not intuitive

Can you at least find your manual?

Or can you find the search icon which looks like a magnifying glass, on your plotter and type "tracks"?

Yes I found all that and have reset track every 24k… I guess there’s no auto reset or as I asked PERMANENTLY. Nice thumbnail name “dumbass”

“Tracks are tracks and they track your track. If you want them to be on you have to turn them on in the tracks menu. And also in some other menus. If you want menus you first must turn on your tracks.”
