Best way to install diesel heater in the engine room of 43" CC sailboat

Hello,

Can you share your expireance with having diesel heater installed in the engine room on a central cockpit sailboat 40 feet plus? I like to relocate my webasto heater from aft locker away from the owner's aft cabin bunk. What is the best way to lead air intake and exhaust outlet specifically for central cockpit engine room install?
