It would appear that this whole "goat" thing is more pervasive than originally thought.

Island Goats Sailing Society * * "Long Live the Goats" * * Chicago Yacht Club Station * * These IGSS Old Goats have all Sailed 25 times or more In the Chicago to Mac Race

Dontcha love the audio? I'm reminded of someone with an enlarged prostate...

Actually, the audio loop reminds me of someone who does not have an enlarged prostate. An enlarged prostate (which is shaped like a donut and through which the urethra passes) can be seen as "clamping down" on the urethra, thereby restricting the flow of urine . . . I hear.

I was referring to the rapid start/stop but, of course, I'll defer to experience...

Who are you Tao? And were did you get those sounds? If you use them in your garage again for prostate relief we may see the little men with dark suits....

Yer can't send a "kid", it must be a full grown goat or you'll be done for animal cruelty.

Who is sending "kids"out? What do you think this is? Do you have consent of the local goverment? Have you consulted the kids nanny and billy? Better watch out DOJ, the law looms close!

I have it on good authority from some other kids recently sojourning in the S.O. that the Goat is having the time of his (her?) life just drifting along in the Southern Ocean swells. He was dismasted after eating his standing rigging and is now happily chewing through the (now reachable) mast and sails - he never did like going aloft (in contrast to his land bound cousins).

He really has no cares, he doesn't crave celebrity staus like so many other solo RTWer's and I suspect he is even thumping his goatee at DOJ - his very sponsor!

Well - I've got a minor complaint here. I joined this goat's appreciation society or fan club or whatever and since then I've received Nothing, Zilch, Nada. Shouldnt "they" have at least sent me a Wall Poster or a T-Shirt? What's the goat's name by the way?
