Like the fact there are no sails or other rigging to slow you.
My globe shows it all downhill to Tahiti anyways.
You are going to arrive so rested!!
Anti-fouling paint-do you just flip it every few days?

Gotta admit that this is the penultimate example of the K.I.S.S. principle...

Is that considered a multi-hull?

Re: Is this raft bluewater seaworthy?

Looks like a wet boat to me. The lack of a dodger is a little concerning, and there is minimal bow flair. Take one over the deck and I bet it's no fun.

Perfect ICW boat though.

Re: Is this raft bluewater seaworthy?

Of course it's a multihull- there is more than one log isn't there??? The mono version is called a dugout, they are available too for the right price.
You know, I think you are right about the lack of freeboard., I plan on nailing some pallets along the side and front, of course we will leave the back exposed in the best multihull fashion.
Getting ready for the Columbia bank to clear, can't wait to get started. What about January? All the newbies seem to want to start at the beginning of the year- and I'm withem man!

Go Newt Go! Jordie made it from Haida Gwaii, you are closer already! Take along some broken mirror glass to trade for food with the natives. Good luck!

Speaking of food, I got my fishing pole. Its kinda a naviagation light too and it helps me see the fish when it gets close to the boat...

Yeah go! The winds were down to 50 mph or so on the coast last night... nothing like the previous 70-75!
