4.6.x always shows chart information objects

4.6.0 and 4.6.1 now always shows Chart Information Objects on vector charts whether on not the box in the Vector Chart Display menu is checked.

I chose to downgrade to version 4.4.0 on my Windows 8.1 partition but I don't have this choice on my Ubuntu 16.04 LTS partition since I am installing from your PPA which gives me the repository for the latest version only.

How can I get the 4.4.0 repository using the PPA?

Thanks, John

John..

can you please post a screen shot from your Vector Chart options window?

And perhaps try to rename the opencpn config file to force a plain virgin OCPN configuration.
