AIS SART ALARM
There is a constant stream of AIS SRT alarms coming from the vicinity of Suzhou City on the Yangtze river in China. This has been going on for months.

The alarms come from MMSI 970268113-14-15-16 with a land location of
N 31 25.8533 E 120 31.9835

Perhaps one of our OpenCPN fans in China might advice the right authorities
about these false alarms.
