Android support forum on Bigdumboat

Is the android support forum on bigdumboat active? If not please ignore this post. I have been able to get the support I need here.

I've tried in the past to join with no success. I tried again recently to be told a user with my email already exists. I have forgotten the password from the long ago attempt and tried to reset the password. No joy.

Both times I requested help and got no response.

No rush, I am not in need if immediate support.

I am using the paid version downloaded from the Google Play Store.
