Binaries location from CI

Right now there are too many locations where CI processes publish their build resulting binaries.

Cloudsmith, Launchpad PPA, etc.

I think everything can be stored under GitHub releases. Would be one place. Downloads speed is good, free, no limitations (except max 2GB single file).

Some people even manage to host Debian repo under GitHub releases directory.
