BSB Chart Error on Canadian BSB2 Charts

I have some BSB charts that OPenCpn does not display correctly.

I tried to attach the two charts, but the forum doesn't allow .kap format. They are harbour plans from Western Canada.

OpenCpn previews them correctly, see image 1.
But does not actually show the charts, see image 2.

I suspect it has something to do with the map's projection, because when previewing these charts a warning comes up saying that 'georef accuracy is poor'.

MaxSeA is able to show display they chartss but I don;'t want to use MaxSea!

Any ideas?

OpenCPN 2.3.1 doesn't display old Canadian BSB Polyconic charts correctly.
Well known bug, that is fixed in the present beta 2.4.506.

I might be heading towards the area covered by these charts in a few weeks.

Do you know anything about when a stable release will come out that will show these charts?

According to the plan in a few weeks. But of course it can be another few weeks. Anyway we should be pretty close to releasable state in a few weeks...
