Can I shout at my autopilot?

I have access to the PyPilot web control via OpenPlotter from my mobile phone. I don't really want to have that phone in a wet cockpit so was wondering about getting a small 7" tablet from somewhere just to let me change and set course away from the chart plotter (which is down below).


This led me to think about voice input to mobiles. I never use that but would it be feasible to be able to shout instructions to the tablet to control the autopilot: "2 degrees to port, helmsman"; "tack to starboard" sort of thing.
