Can my radar work with opencpn?

I have a question ,
Can the ''Radar Raytheon RL9'' work with opencpn ?
Because i prefer the opencpn more than hardware chartplotter ,but i need now to compile opencpn with our radar ,if possible.

No, the RL9 unit is older and the dome does not broadcast radar over wifi.

So ,it obligatory to connect with wifi ,we can't make connection by ethernet cable

What about the Quantum 2 Q24D Doppler 18" Radar. It has Wi-Fi, but can OpenCPN talk to it directly?
