Cannot Complete Install of S63

New install of software & charts as I cleaned up my Mac recently.

Purchased a chart from Chartworld, and can get all the through installation until the last step = 'import Charts/Updates".

When searching the unzipped download files from Chartworld, it cannot find the ENC_route file : even though I can see it in downloads, when OPENCPN tries to open it, the file is greyed out.

I have tried putting the file on the desktop, but it doesn't pick it up from there either.

Any ideas ?
