Chart panel Option box location

I recently installed openCPN on a raspberry pi 5 running Bookworm and flatpak. No installation issues, but one operational issue. The Chart Panel Option box has located itself dead center of the display. I have not found a way to move it to its normal location of the lower right. Anyone have a way to move it?

I have just re-installed OpenCPN on PI4 and have the same issue.

Using X11 fixed this for me.
