I am trying to find the best charting solution for Greece.

Is there any opensourced charts of Greece?
Is there any charts of Greece that are continously updated by users?

There are no free charts of Greece that I know off and would rely on , but electronics charts on the iPhone or iPad are cheap to get. In fact you get a free iPhone Imray charts matching the pilot book series if you buy the book. Navionics on the iPad/ iPhone is quite cheap too.

These days charts are about the cheapest thing on the boat. The tepkai cruising tax will be more

I normally use Navionics app on my iphone due to the community updated depth and hazards, which has saved my keel on more than one occation.
