Here is one source for Southern Hemisphere ice. Database is available in CSV format and downloadable about half way down the page. These are tracked icebergs and not ice limits but still useful.

While online I found this consolidated wind direction source from
Jan 1, 1979 to Dec 31,2010

Also a more current Noaa Blended Sea Winds from bouy, ships and satellite
