Copy paste in input fields

Is it really not possible to copy-paste text/numbers in any of the input fields in the paid opencpn app, including the Sutton URL in charts download settings as well as pasted URLs in waypoint:>properties?

Re: Copy paste in input fields

Sometimes, when right clicking, copy/paste does not work you can select the text you want to copy and hold ctrl+C for copy then ctrl+V for paste.
This may or may not work on opencpn but it has on some others.

Re: Copy paste in input fields

Thank you
I'm using an android tablet, so key holding and right/left clicking is not an option. Unfortunately I am yet to find s single case in which copy-paste works in opencpn on my tablet, Xperia Z4, and it could be a serious drawback in some cases. Even typing in custom URLs in the input field of the charts tab, moving the cursor was buggy too, it typed only at the end of existing data, even if the cursor was positioned somewhere else in the field. I tried to post this in the opencpn android forum but the system identified me as a spammer and suggested I contact the administrator yet the site provides no way to do so...
