Dashboard Colors

I am unable to change the data/titles colors. The font sizes work fine. Anyone else have this problem on 4.8.4.

Everybody does. It is not possible to change these colors. And it is also not possible to make the standard OS dialogs for font selection not to give false impression it is possible to do it.

I don't understand this answer.
In the dashboard, *the choice is given* to change the color and the style of the characters of the data ...
