Display COG and BRG in Dashhboard or Console

Hi,

In the Dashboard, I can see BRG but no option to add COG.

When sailing it is very useful to have COG and BRG displayed next to each other so that you can adjust your COG (or Track) to be the same as the Bearing to the next waypoint.
Similarly when activating a route the console window pops up and shows BRG but I can see no way of configuring it to show COG.


Is there any way to see both COG and BRG next to each other in either the Dashboard or the Console?

COG is a standard entry. Where did you look to add entries to the dashboard?

Apologies, I had it the wrong way round COG is in Dashboard but not BRG, as far as I can find.
I am right clicking the dashboard, selecting preferences / Add. I don't see BRG

If i understand you correctly, You can see bearing to the next waypoint if you activate a route. It will not be in dashboard, but in the route panel that is shown when a route is active.

Exactly. It does not seem possible to get both in the same Dashboard /route panel.
The Dashboard does not seem to be able to display the data from RMB NMEA sentences and the Route panel does not seem to have configurable fields to show both COG and BRG .
