Dusk and night settings for a Samsung tablet on the Android version?

I've been told before, but I have forgotten how to change OpenCPN screen from day to dusk to night on the Android version of OpenCPN by Dave Register. I don't have the moon and star symbol present on the left menu. I have been unable to log on to the Bigdumboat.com site.

Thanks to any help.

You had probably deliberately hidden the "Moon" icon. So, you have to make it reappear. For that :

- On a PC, you must left-click on the top sandwich of the vertical bar of icons and check or uncheck the "Moon" box.

- On the screen of a smartphone or tablet running Android, you must remain "clicked" for a long time, on the same sandwich, then check or uncheck the "Moon" box.

That is it! Thank you so much. My memory might be going, so I'm going to save this thread. Could it be due to a sailboat?

Joe...

Are you joep387 at the Forum?
Do you need a password reset?

Thanks

Yes Dave that's me. I've tried to convince you I'm real. JTPiccolo57@gmail.com. My old password is not working for some reason, and I forgot how to get the moon and star back on my tablet. I got it back on now, but send me the password reset anyway please.
Thank you,
Joe P.
