e_timer_pi : Plugin to replace the kitchen timer

Needed a timer with a repeat function for single-handing. A kitchen timer has the drawback of the alarm stopping after a short time. It is possible to ignore the alarm.

The plugin has count-up, count-down, repeat and watch hour options. On Android it works but fails to show current time. Uses the same alarm sound as the OpenCPN anchor alarm.

Really nice!
There a similar function in the Watchdog plugin, dead man watch, that doesn't stop after a while either. But this plugin has more sophisticated properties.

I've btw build me a hardware one using a Arduino card and a loud buzzer to replace a egg-timer that didn't woke me up before end of the bells.
