I just completed an overnight sail through 5 miles of shoals on the way to san clement island. The Windows ENC from NOAA did not display any shallow water warning but the Android did. I have checked the vector chart setting on both machines and they are identical. Does anyone have any idea about this?

What exactly do you mean with "shallow water warning"?
It would be great with a couple of screen shots.
Are you sure that Shallow-, Safety- & Deep Depths are set the same?

See the attached screenshot. I believe the asterisks inside the triangles represent an underwater hazard. These images exist on NOAA chart US3CA70M on the android but not on windows. The "U" inside an oval box also show on android but not on windows. As far as i can tell all the vector chart options are identical.
