Error accessing User Manual

Not sure if this is the proper place for this question..
When I try to access the user manual from the web page https://opencpn.org/OpenCPN/info/manuals.html, not the help tap in OpenCPN. I get the following message in a new tab:
"Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.1.0"."

I'm running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

It worked fine several days ago. Thanks in advance, Bill

I was removing all backup revision information before 2020 to save a lot of space and somehow moved a key directory on the server. I've moved it back and the pages are now found.
The website appears to be working properly now.

Your new manual seems to be still a little bit outdated, is it? And why?

Very simple - editing requires manpower. No secret at all.
Why are you asking questions when you want to place a verdict?
As you know - OCPN is community owned and maintained. Up to everybody how one wants to be part of that game.
Trying to require involvement from others is, well - quite fresh.

Because it depends on volunteer users (such as you), to maintain it. It is impractical to think that programmers will have enough time to edit it.

First task - Complete new set of screenshots. at 640x. Resolution. We will adjust this later.

Due to changes to the interface we need a completely new set of screenshots for the main program, all properly and consistently and uniquely labeled (filename) with the menu string, separated by hyphens.

All these screenshots should be in one folder.

CarCODE if you can provide this it will be a big assist in moving to a new manual.

But it is only in german language and it is intended for macOS starting with the Apple Help System with my OCPN macOS version. However it is plain html code using Apples guide lines and so it should start with any browser.

CarCode Thank you. This is interesting. I've looked through the files but haven't figured out how to load the html file so it renders in the browser. Do I have to download it and then use the browser? How do other Germans get access to it?

It is part of my OpenCPN bundle with the folder structure as seen here. A main folder called OpenCPN-Hilfe with the sub folders CSS, html, images and images-de. Once you have copied all files into the sub folders you can start it with the file OpenCPN-Hilfe.html
Using it with my OpenCPN version it starts with the OpenCPN menu "Hilfe" without using a browser but with the macOS builtin help-system.
